Clinton Pharris, SUDPT

Clinton Pharris is a Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee with Klallam Counseling Services. In addition to providing assessment and counseling services, he facilitates our evening Intensive Outpatient Program. Clinton was born in Shelton, Washington, and grew up on the Skokomish and Makah Reservations. Before becoming a counselor, Clinton gained professional experience in outreach, engagement and peer support here in our local community. These experiences strengthened his ability to build meaningful connections, foster trust, and meet individuals where they are in their recovery journey.
Clinton is passionate about helping others to better understand the recovery process by delivering curriculum in creative, engaging, and accessible ways that support lasting growth and change. He brings a compassionate, person-centered approach to his work and is committed to empowering clients as they move forward with their personal recovery goals. In his free time, Clinton enjoys walks on the beach, hiking in our majestic, mountain of a back yard, and hanging out with his fuzzy, black companion who takes him to all the places.
