The Lower Elwha Health Department is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare to Elwha Tribal Members, American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) individuals, and our surrounding community. Our standalone clinic offers a full range of services—including primary care, mental health support, dental care, and substance use treatment—all designed to support the whole person in a welcoming and respectful environment.

Pay your bill online with LEHD’s new payment portal. This is a separate account from the Patient Portal. You can pay directly from the welcome page or create an account.

Locate your account number at the top of the statement mailed each month, enter the last 4 digits of the 16 digit account number along with your e-mail address, first and last name, and ZIP code.

Contagious Illness Testing Done Daily in Clinic Annex

Please call our patient services at 360-452-6252 to schedule an appointment for same day or future testing of potentially contagious illnesses. All testing is by appointment. Hours for testing may vary.
