The Lower Elwha Health Department is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare to Elwha Tribal Members, American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) individuals, and our surrounding community. Our standalone clinic offers a full range of services—including primary care, mental health support, dental care, and substance use treatment—all designed to support the whole person in a welcoming and respectful environment.
