The NextGen Patient Portal gives electronic access to patients such as:

  • Checking or cancelling upcoming appointments
  • Electronically requesting medication refills
  • Review or request health history
  • Access prior reviewed lab results
  • Message the medical team at your convenience

Payment Portal

What is the Payment Portal?

Lower Elwha Health Department’s new payment portal is where our patients can go to make online payments. This is a separate account from the Patient Portal. You can pay directly from the welcome page or create an account.

Locate your account number at the top of the statement mailed each month, enter the last 4 digits of the 16 digit account number along with your e-mail address, first and last name, and ZIP code.
